Sime Darby Property Berhad (“Sime Darby Property” or “Company”) wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders for the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Existing Recurrent Related Party Transactions and Proposed New Shareholders’ Mandate for Additional Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature (“Proposal”) at the forthcoming Forty-Seventh Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened on a date to be announced later.

A Circular to Shareholders containing details of the Proposal will be despatched together with the Annual Report to the shareholders of Sime Darby Property in due course.
