Commencement of Member's Voluntary Liquidation of Wholly-Owned Subsidiary Companies (Announcement pursuant to paragraph 9.19(19) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's Main Market Listing Requirements)

Sime Darby Property Berhad (“Sime Darby Property”) wishes to announce that the following wholly-owned subsidiaries of Sime Darby Property (“the Companies”) have, on 15 July 2019, held their respective Meetings of Member, at which it was resolved that the Companies be wound-up voluntarily and that the following persons be appointed as Liquidators of the Companies:

The Companies have ceased the business operations as mentioned above and are currently dormant.

The voluntary liquidation of the Companies will not have a material effect on the earnings and net assets of the Sime Darby Property Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2019. None of the directors or major shareholders of Sime Darby Property or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the said voluntary liquidations.
