Reference is made to Sime Darby Property Berhad's ("Sime Property") announcement dated 30 March 2018.

Sime Property wishes to announce that Sime Healthcare Sdn Bhd ("SHSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sime Property, which was placed under Members’ Voluntary Liquidation on 30 March 2018 and held its final meeting on 18 March 2019, was dissolved on 19 June 2019, i.e. after the expiration of three months from the date of lodgement of the Return by Liquidator relating to the Final Meeting with the Companies Commission of Malaysia.

The dissolution of SHSB will not have a material effect on the earnings or net assets of the Sime Property Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2019.

None of the directors or major shareholders of Sime Property or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the said dissolution.
