- Change in the Composition of Board Tender Committee

Further to the Company's announcement dated 4 April 2019 in relation to the early cessation of contract of the Group Managing Director (“GMD”), the Board of Directors wishes to inform that Dato’ Sri Amrin Awaluddin shall also cease as member of the Board Tender Committee with effect from 3 May 2019. Accordingly, the composition of the Board Tender Committee will comprise the following members:
