Sime Darby Property Berhad ("Sime Property" or "the Company") wishes to announce that Battersea Phase Holding Company Limited, an indirect 40%-owned joint venture company of Sime Property, had on 14 December 2018 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with PNB-Kwasa International 2 Limited, a joint venture company of PNB and EPF in connection with the reorganisation of ownership of certain commercial assets at Battersea Power Station project, London.
