Sime Darby Property Berhad (Sime Property) wishes to announce that Sime Darby Properties Harta Sdn Bhd (SDPH), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sime Property, which was placed under Members’ Voluntary Liquidation on 30 June 2017 and held its final meeting on 28 May 2018, was dissolved on 30 August 2018, i.e. after the expiration of three months from the date of lodgement of the Return by Liquidator relating to the Final Meeting with the Companies Commission of Malaysia.

The dissolution of SDPH will not have a material effect on the earnings or net assets of the Sime Property Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2018.

None of the directors or major shareholders of Sime Property or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the said dissolution.
