Sime Darby Property Berhad ("Sime Darby Property") wishes to announce that Sime Darby Property (BBR Industrial I) Sdn Bhd ("SDP (BBR Industrial I)"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sime Darby Property had, on 24 October 2025, held its Meeting of Member, at which it was resolved that SDP (BBR Industrial I) be wound-up voluntarily and that Ms. Mak Chooi Peng be appointed as Liquidator of SDP (BBR Industrial I).

The previous principal activity of SDP (BBR Industrial I) was property investment. SDP (BBR Industrial I) has ceased its business operation and is currently dormant.

The voluntary liquidation of SDP (BBR Industrial I) will not have a material effect on the earnings and net assets of Sime Darby Property Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2025. None of the Directors or major shareholders of Sime Darby Property or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the said voluntary liquidation.
