We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 6 June 2024, 14 June 2024, 2 July 2024, 5 September 2024, 15 November 2024 and 29 November 2024 in relation to the Proposed Internal Reorganisation.

The Board wishes to announce that the assets, liabilities and business undertakings relating to the Property Development Business and Management Services Business of the Company shall be deemed transferred and vested on 1 December 2024, being the Transfer Date, from Sime Darby Property to the Transferees in accordance with the Reorganisation Agreements (as amended and supplemented by the Supplemental Agreements).
