We refer to the Company's announcements dated 6 June 2024, 14 June 2024, 2 July 2024 and 5 September 2024 in relation to the Proposed Internal Reorganisation.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had, on 15 November 2024, entered into supplemental agreements with each of the Transferees to add, vary, amend, alter and supplement certain terms of the Reorganisation Agreements.
