The Board wishes to announce that the High Court of Malaya had, on 2 July 2024, granted leave to Sime Darby Property to convene a meeting of its members in relation to the Proposed Internal Reorganisation within 6 months from 2 July 2024.

The venue, date and time of the Court-Convened Meeting will be announced in due course.
