We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 6 June 2024 in relation to the Proposed Internal Reorganisation.

The Board wishes to announce that the Company had, on 14 June 2024, via its solicitors, filed the relevant court papers to the High Court of Malaya to obtain the requisite order for leave to be granted to Sime Darby Property to convene a meeting of its members in relation to the Proposed Internal Reorganisation.
