The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sime Darby Property (EBP Asset I) Sdn. Bhd. had, on 24 May 2024, issued a letter of award to Gamuda Engineering Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gamuda Berhad in respect of the Main Building Work (Core & Shell) for construction, completion, testing and commission of a hyperscale data centre at Elmina Business Park at a contract sum of up to RM815 million.
