We refer to our announcement dated 10 March 2022 on the above subject matter.

Vibernum Limited (In Members’ Voluntary Liquidation) ("Vibernum"), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Sime Darby Property Berhad (“Sime Darby Property”), which has been placed under Members' Voluntary Liquidation on 9 March 2022, has held its Final Meeting on 22 August 2023.

The voluntary liquidation of Vibernum will not have a material effect on the earnings or net assets of the Sime Darby Property Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2023.

None of the directors or major shareholders of Sime Darby Property or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the said voluntary liquidation.

Vibernum will be deemed to be dissolved upon the expiration of three (3) months from the date of submission of Notice of Final Meeting to the Guernsey Registry.
