Sime Darby Property Berhad (“Sime Darby Property”) wishes to announce that the actual value of the Recurrent Related Party Transactions (“RRPT”) transacted with the related party, namely Sime Darby Plantation Berhad and its subsidiaries (“SD Plantation Group”), pursuant to the existing shareholders' mandate obtained at the 48th Annual General Meeting held on 6 May 2021 has again exceeded the estimated value of RRPT as disclosed in the Circular to Shareholders dated 7 April 2021 (“Circular”) by more than 10% since the date of its last announcement on 15 April 2022.
