Sime Darby Property Berhad ("Sime Darby Property") wishes to announce that Vibernum Limited (“Vibernum”), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Sime Darby Property, has commenced its liquidation process on 9 March 2022.
Vibernum was incorporated on 5 February 2010 in Guernsey and its principal activity was as a property investment holding company. Its issued capital is GBP100. Vibernum has been dormant since 2018.
The liquidation of Vibernum will not have a material effect on the earnings or net assets of the Sime Darby Property Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2022.
None of the directors or major shareholders of Sime Darby Property or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the said liquidation.
