The Board of Directors (“Board”) of Sime Darby Property is pleased to announce that Sime Darby Property (Capital Holdings) Pte Ltd (“SDPCH”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sime Darby Property has, on 29 September 2021, entered into a Shareholders’ Agreement (“Shareholders’ Agreement”) with LOGOS SE Asia Pte Ltd (“LOGOS SE”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of LOGOS Property Group Limited (“LOGOS Property”) to govern the parties’ relationship as shareholders to a new joint venture company named Industrial Joint Venture (Holdings) Pte Ltd (“JV Co”) (“Joint Venture”).
